“We had the luxury of spending a month in these perfect little condos. Loved every minute of it. The best feature by far which I still crave today was full access to a back yard sugar sand beach.”

“Stayed here for 3 weeks with my wife and baby in July. I have also stayed at the Destin West and The Azure for long terms, and of the three the Island Surf was easily my favorite. It's small enough that you get to know your neighbors while here, and it is literally no more than 50 feet from having your foot in the ocean. No dealing with parking and elevators or large crowds at the pool. The only downside is that the bathroom is fairly small, with that said I shared it with 3 others adults for a few days at a time and had no problems, but I don't require much bathroom space.”

My husband and I started the same tradition a few years ago with our kids and the place is fabulous- updated, clean, and you can't get closer to the water!!! Even has a little yard for the little ones to play. Will be back every year!!! Love it here!!”

“This condominium is amazing, especially for the dollar spent! The price is very comparable to the high rise condominiums on the same strip. Everything advertised in this add and on the web site is exactly as said. The units are clean and very comfortable. There is a property manager that is in and out on the property and always just a phone call away. Last year the condo was missing the hair dryer and she immediately went out and purchased a new one for the unit. There are two washers and two dryers on the property for your convenience as well. The pictures are very up to date and there are no hidden fees. The property owners are super friendly and we have never had any problems. Island Surf also offers a small grassy yarded area for the kids to play next to the fenced in pool. The beach is just over the fence and easily accessible. With only 11 units, there is not the overcrowding at the pool or at the immediate beach. Our family would recommend Island Surf to families or couples of any age just trying to get away. We do not recommend Island Surf to individuals just wishing to party as Island Surf has a very family oriented atmosphere. **FIVE STAR RATING**”
